The doctor is too focused on people's personal problems than doing what he's suppose to do. Don't allow everyone to pray over you. He thinks he has a calling and blurts out scriptures and tries to explain them but has the meaning of the scriptures all wrong. He had patients sitting there for more than 3 hours cause he talks too much. He tries to convince you that you need a deeper prescription eye glasses just to get more money out of you. What's worse is when I got my glasses they were extremely too strong for my eyes. So I had to go and get a second opinion and I have the correct pair. Dr. Bell was way off. If anyone decides to go there just keep it strictly business so you can leave at a decent time. And make sure he washes his hands. He wipes this white stuff off the corners of his mouth, rub his hands together and then want to shake your hand or touch your shoulder. Just my experience!
