Adrianna at the front desk was very pleasant, friendly and helpful as was the doctor Leanne (I believe her name was). What a breath of fresh air this appointment was! They both assisted in making it a pleasant experience. Can’t forget to mention the gentleman who did the tests and made the puffer test quick & easy - iykyk, it’s the worst lol

As soon as I walked in I was politely greeted by Harrison. I explained how uncomfortable my glasses were and he was able to quickly fix them. I’ve been wearing glasses for 10 years now and I have never had a pair fit me well. All with minutes Harrison fixed that for me. Harrison also helped me find another pair of glasses that I am very happy and excited to receive. Arianna was also very friendly. This was an amazing experience and I will now come here exclusively for my glasses.

I was in and out with everything from the exam to the purchase of glasses and the last-minute decision to get contacts within 30 minutes. The young man who took me in the back to do all the testing explained everything very clearly and was very thorough, but also quick. The doctor got right to business, and the two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and didn’t push me to purchase additional add-ons. Also, everyone clearly explained what was/wasnt included with my insurance. I’ve already recommended to my whole family!

For the last five separate visits, I have come to this Visionworks location right at 9:00 AM because the posted business hours clearly state they open at 9:00. Each and every time, the store was locked and completely unattended. I waited 5 to 10 minutes on each visit, and not a single employee showed up to open the doors. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wasn’t just stopping by to browse. I needed to order a new pair of glasses and have my current pair repaired. Instead, I found myself wondering if anyone was actually coming to work. During several of these visits, I also saw other customers walk up to the entrance, try the door, realize the store was locked, and then leave. Some looked confused, others clearly irritated. If your hours say 9:00 AM, then the doors should be open and staff should be ready to help customers at 9:00 AM not sometime later when someone decides to show up. Being late once is understandable. Being late five times in a row is unacceptable. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my eyewear needs.

This was by far the best eye doctor visit we’ve had. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. My kids actually enjoyed their appointment! Highly recommend!
