I was eight minutes late for my appointment Because of traffic(I did try to call when I was three minutes late, but with their AI assistant, it took me five minutes to get through so I just went there as I was on the phone getting a representative)and they told me that Dr had left already and that I had to reschedule. I’m in medicine and we give at least a 10 minute grace Honestly, usually 15 I would never go there again, but unfortunately, it’s the only place my insurance will allow me to go in the area. Very disappointed. I have an appointment on Monday and honestly, I better not wait more than seven minutes because they couldn’t wait seven minutes for me.

I wasn't 100% satisfied with my new eyeglasses so I took them back to the Visionworks and they cheerfully re-examined and processed a replacement pair of eyeglasses. It was an excellent experience. They definitely backed the 100 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Thanks Visionworks.

Incredible staff. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with my original exam (my own fault) and they were very accommodating. They performed a new exam free of charge and took the time to patiently teach me how to put my contacts in. I also met with the doctor again after putting my contacts in to confirm the prescription was correct. Dr. Praksha A. B. and the team were great. I recommend this location and will be back for all my future eye needs. Thank you!

Larger and nicer selection of children’s glasses than most places. Excellent experience was thorough and quick. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location and visit again. Thank you!

Excellent experience at Vision Works! The staff was friendly, fun, and made the entire visit enjoyable. The eye exam was very thorough, and everything was explained clearly. Great customer service and outstanding care—I highly recommend them!
