I ended up going to the eye doctor after scratching my cornea. The level of attention and care administered was just simply off the charts! Dr Qureshi is a Saint. Her technical and medical expertise, bedside manner, and ability to break down the issue to layman's terms were spectacular. Because of the severity of my eye injury, Dr Quareshi gave me her cell phone number for periodic updates throughout the holiday weekend. In this day and age, who offers that level of service? Well, Dr Quareshi and her team at The Eye Associates of North Jersey but the patient First! Dr Levy and the rest of the frontt office staff were all amazing.

Ordering glasses was a nightmare. On the day of my eye exam, I was informed that the glasses I wanted may be delayed by either weeks or months. I was ok with this and was willing to wait as long as I had an accurate estimation on when the glasses would arrive. I was told I would get a call back later that day confirming around when the glasses should arrive. I was never given a call back and after a few days I called the office for an update. I was then told I'll be given a call when the glasses arrive and that I would again be given a call back later that day. After a few more days of no contact, I ended up leaving a poor review and coincidentally on that day I was given a call saying the frames arrived and they were working with my insurance to order the lenses. I decided to delete my previous poor review to give another chance to improve my experience from this and after a few days I was given a call saying my glasses would be ready later that day. A few minutes later I'm given another call where they informed me that my glasses were in fact not ready and they confused my frames with a demo model. I was then told my actual frames would arrive with a few more days. After waiting past the new timeline I called in asking for an update and was told my frames had not yet arrived, however another customer had order the same frames and they would give me theirs instead. This felt really weird and I was tired of the constant back and forth that I decided that I would accept this outcome. I then tried confirming that the frames were the correct color I ordered (blue) and was informed that the ones they ordered were black. They also told me they had no recollection of me asking for blue frames as they would have told me they were unable to order that color and they thought I was talking about the transition color of the lenses. I was extremely disappointed in this but decided I would see how the frames looked before denying them. I ended up being ok with the frame color so I decided to accept the glasses, but after I finally received the glasses the transition on the lenses were actually black so I'm not sure why they would tell me they ordered blue ones. Not receiving what I requested to be ordered, the constant delay in communication/miscommunication, and disorganization will ensure I never order glasses from here again. Once my eye doctor retires I will also be looking for a new location as he is the only reason I will return. I was also never given a copy of my prescription as they told me the printers were not working during the day of my exam.
Haven't had an eye exam in a long time. Came to eye associates and they were great. Kishia did my screenings and was wonderful. Dr Levey is great too, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain.
Had an 11:00 appointment. By 11:30 wasn't even checked in. Young lady at desk was polite but informed me there were still 8 patients ahead of me. Great doctors but the office has too many patients & it's just a chaotic situation. I have been there for years. This is a huge disappointment. Changing doctors. Update: After finding a new practitioner I got a new eyeglass prescription that is crystal clear. I was told by this practice 3 years ago that my eyes could no longer be corrected 100% because of cataracts & surgery would probably be necessary. My vision has been blurry for 3 years. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I truly hope this was a mistake & not intentional. Intentional would be highly unethical.
My experience was amazing, I was taken on time everyone one o came into contact with was amazing . Nash the oootic stylist took her time with two days in a row.
