Dr Trezza and the entire staff were wonderful! The office was welcoming, the exam was thorough, and Dr.Trezza took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent eye care.

I’ve been going to Denville Family Eyecare last 4 years. I received an email and text message that it was time to schedule my annual eye exam. I called the office like I do every year to schedule my appointment. I was told they wouldn’t schedule an appointment due to an incident last year. I asked what the incident was since I was unaware of anything. I was told they can’t provide that information to me. After seeing Doctor Trezza last year, he told me to try my new prescription and come back if it didn’t work. The only thing that happened was I cancelled my order for new glasses within less than 24 hours of placing the order since I found a pair less than 50% cheaper online. I called and ask to cancel my order. It was a very simple phone call. Also, later that afternoon, I went to the office and picked up my prescription from Doctor Trezza. I guess they were upset with me for canceling the appointment. I doubt Doctor Trezza even knows the office staff blocked me from making an appointment. Stay away from this place if you truly care about your eyesight. I feel like if the staff doesn’t like you what it be your ethnicity, gender, looks, they can blacklist you and state you had an incident for the excuse. There was no incident with me. The worst part is they wouldn’t tell me the reason for this blacklisting. I feel I was discriminated for whatever reason the staff felt that day. Be very careful with the staff of this establishment.

Excellent first-time experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was both incredibly friendly and highly professional. What I appreciated most was the transparency; they explained every single test they performed and why it was necessary. They even went the extra mile by verifying my insurance coverage before I arrived and walked me through every line item on the bill afterward so there were no surprises. It’s rare to find a team this knowledgeable and organized. Great service all around.

Staff was wonderful. Dr. Trezza took the time to listen to me and solved my issue, unlike my other doctor. And a big thanks to the ladies at the front desk in helping me select eyeglass frames. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Trezza for years and every time I see him I’m reminded of what an excellent doctor he is. He always takes the time to make sure your questions are answered. You can be sure that when you leave his office you have had the very best of care.
