I had a disappointing experience here while trying to purchase both glasses and contacts. I asked about applying the available discount toward my glasses instead, since I planned on buying both items anyway. Instead of being helpful, the staff seemed irritated by the question and made me feel like I was causing a problem just by asking. I also explained that I only had two days of contacts left and needed a temporary solution while waiting to finalize my updated contact order. Rather than offering options or showing any urgency, I was repeatedly told to wait for trial contacts or purchase a full box, which would still take around two weeks to arrive. To make matters worse, I was told they could not provide my contact prescription until the trial lenses came in, which left me with no clear options in the meantime. Since I rely on glasses or contacts to see properly every day, I was hoping for better customer service and more willingness to help find a practical solution. What makes this even more frustrating is that it has now been three months, and they finally released my contact prescription without ever providing the trial contacts they originally said were required. I specifically asked months ago if this was possible and was told it was not. If they were able to release the prescription without the trials all along, it could have saved me months of inconvenience and frustration. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, frustrating, and unhelpful. If I could give negative stars, I would.
