This is my second year coming here. I'm always greeted by friendly and helpful staff when I come in. Dr. Nunez is very thorough. What makes him stand out from other eye doctors I've seen (and I've seen plenty), is that he's super approachable. I feel comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. And he's always willing to answer them and discuss. There were staff from last year that I no longer see working here and staff that are new to me but all of them are always so great and helpful. Shoutout to this Visionworks for being on top of it, for hiring good workers, and for creating a comfortable environment that delivers excellent service.

Very pleasant checking in experience. The staff for the haddonfield store were extremely professional and polite, especially the front desk tech, manager, and supervisor. However, the doctor on call for the day, Jennifer Liu, was extremely unprofessional. Three things were done horribly. 1- During my retina exam, she audibly gasped as soon as the machine showed my left eye cataracts on screen-- assuming she was surprised that I was 21 with such uneven cataracts development. This was extremely unprofessional; I jokingly brought it up "oh you see my cataracts? Haha" to lighten the mood, but other patients might have not taken it well, especially given the fact that the screening room was pretty much out in the open. 2- Last year, Dr. Nunes (I love him, hes so awesomesauce) already told me i also have some cataracts forming in my right eye. So this year, i wanted to check up on them to see if they have developed any further. And so, I asked Dr. Liu, "how is my right eye doing? Any cataracts?" (I phrased the question like this because she didn't even bring it up after doing the eye exam, to which she responded "oh there is no cataracts, you're fine." So now: 1. She wasn't being truthful or 2. She wasn't competent enough to do her job right. So I said, "oh really?? Last year Dr. Nunes told me i have some tiny cataracts forming." And she said the most stupid and incompetent answer ever, "well! Cataracts are scaled like 1, 2, 3.., but yours aren't even a 1 yet so like I didn't even count it." Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe her. 3. Never have once she asked about my past history or made sure that I have any questions. And I know she didn't read my chart because she sounded very surprised that my cataracts were physical trauma related. She just sounded very dismissive the whole visit, and it seemed like she was in a hurry.

I had a great experience at this Vision Work location. The Front desk / Carly - manager was very polite an addressed my concerns, the person conducting the initial eye exam was great. Dr. Chen was very professional, thorough, address all my concerns regarding my contacts and glasses. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I entered this morning and was greeted by Susan with a smile and warm greeting. She had me checked in within in minutes and told me to browse, someone will be with you momentarily. Next i was warmly greeted by Mercedes, she was personable and finished my history . I quickly was examined and by a very professional Doctor. My experience at Visionworks was very pleasant . Thank you !

Kristen and I believe the other lady’s name was Michelle or Mellisa were AMAZING. I’m from out of state and I was trying to use 2 insurances and one of them was only able to be processed in the state I’m from. These girls were so patient with me I came up to ask Kristen for a solution 3 times after I was already finished the first time and supposed to be on my way. I was also the last one in there and she just helped me a lot and they never made me feel like a burden once. And we had a successful solution! I am seriously impressed by these girls patients and kindness.
