Came in for a routine checkup, and I also needed a new pair of glasses as my old ones broke. Or so I had thought. The little screw came out for the right side and the piece that held the screw got bent. The kind man in the front fixed both issues for me on request. This pair is like brand new now — exceptional customer service!
I had my first appointment with Visionworks two weeks ago and had a fine experience. I went back today to pick up my second pair of frames and was helped by Nicki and MeeWan (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). Nicki was incredibly thorough and took so much time with me to explain how to best clean my lenses and fitting them for me. MeeWan was also very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
This place is ridiculous! How are you going to send me an email everyday regarding my appointment??? I had received an email to confirm my appointment and submitted my admission forms which was not a problem. The problem is leading up to my appointment which there was a representative stating my appointment would be canceled if I didn't give them a verbal confirmation mind you I had already confirmed via email. So I decide to call their 800 since you can't find a direct number anywhere. I speak to their AI generated representative to confirm my appointment and then I received another confirmation. Today was my appointment and again today a representative from this location is telling me I need to give them a verbal confirmation. I called the 800 number three times NO ONE ANSWERED! You can't even leave a voicemail so guess what I canceled my appointment because this place is incompetent! No one has time for this and I'm pretty sure no one wants to be harassed via email and constantly get phone calls for their appointment.
We stopped in for a repair and to see about getting new glasses. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service and our new glasses are wonderful.
I went in today to pick up my new glasses but I was given glasses that I did not pick the previous time I came to order them. When I addressed to the lady that they were the wrong ones, she caught a fast attitude with me and argued that I was wrong and that they were the glasses I had picked. After continued efforts to explain that they messed up, she called another woman over to help her fix the problem and both women proceeded to whisper in-front of my face about the issue as if I was not right there. For the rest of the time I was there they were rude and ignored me as I thanked them and left. Previous times i’ve came here i’ve never had a complaint but today was ridiculously unbelievable!
