Had a great experience with everyone there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Woman Doctor was amazing as well. Definitely recommend. First time ever needing glasses and was a good experience overall.
Professional, kind, friendly, clean, efficient and thorough service from start to finish! I highly recommend based on my first experience! I will be going back and hope the results are the same or close to it! (We all have our days). The entire staff were wonderful too! I can’t wait to get my glasses/lenses and see again!
I stopped into this Visionworks location (Route 70, Brick) with my oldest daughter while we had some time before her doctor’s appointment nearby. She asked if they could take her as a walk-in because she was having trouble with her vision again and wanted to upgrade her lenses. I honestly didn’t expect them to have time, but they took her right in! We usually go to the Visionworks on Route 37 in Toms River, but they were able to quickly pull up her records from that location with no problem. Since I’ve been noticing the small letters on my phone looking a little hazy lately, I asked if they could take me as a walk-in too. They were happy to accommodate me as well. It’s official… I’ve entered my “reading glasses” era. 😄 The store had a comfortable atmosphere and the staff was very personable and polite. The doctor was also great ! She was very thorough and knowledgeable. We’ll be picking up our glasses in about two weeks. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!
Great service they got my eye exam the same day and I got my glasses picked out that same day they have a big variety of glasses. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. And that eye doctor is the best I've been going to him for years probably at least 20 years and does a great job I trust my eyes to him.
went to try on glasses with my family and they were nasty as hell. completely filthy and just disgusting. i don’t usually complain but my whole group was baffled and had to leave after looking at them. they felt sticky and grimy too. we looked at warby parker in brick target and sea girt as well, americas best, and in brick and ocean’s costco with 0 issues. my mom is currently sick with a fever conveniently after 2 days of visiting and she thinks it was those damn glasses. not saying it was for sure, but they are itching to give someone some type of disease fr
