I have been going to Dr.Lyon for many years and I have been very happy with him and his staff. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. He is always thorough and he always ask me how I have been. After my contract surgery, I had concerns about how my eye was healing so I called Dr. Lyons office and they told me to come in immediately. He was so concerned, kind and caring. He called the eye surgeon and arranged for me to see him immediately. It turned out I had a reaction to eye drops the surgeon prescribed. It was changed and my eyes healed fine, but I will never forget how Dr.Lyons took such good care of my concerns that day. He is a wonderful doctor and I have very happy being his patient all these years.

I have been going to Dr. Lyons for over 15 years and he has been such a wonderful optometrist. I don’t have a negative thing to say about him. He makes conversation, puts in the effort to remember who you are and what your career is and he always has a smile on his face (even through the mask). The staff is super patient and always friendly. The office is super clean and well kept. Highly recommend Dr. Lyons!

I have been going to Dr. Lyons for over 30 years. First with my daughter, and then for myself. I recently had a problem with light flashes in my left eye. The courteous receptionist scheduled an appt. even though the Dr. was booked for the day. I was taken quickly. Dr. Lyons gave me his full attention. He made a diagnosis, but sent me to a retinal specialist to be safe. The office scheduled that appt. for me. He asked me to keep him posted after my visit. I called & left a message. He returned the call & spoke to me at length about my visit. By the way, the retinal specialist confirmed the diagnosis made by Dr. Lyons. I have read other negative comments. I have been to Dr. Lyons dozens of times and he has always worn a lab coat, contrary to another review. Also, Sue has worked for Dr. Lyons for over 30 years and I feel very comfortable dealing with her. She has always been very nice and knowledgeable.

Been going to Dr. Dennis Lyons for years now and finally switched over to another place. This place was the only eye doctor my insurance covered and I highly do not recommend going here. He’s rude and does not care about his patients. I been complaining about getting headaches and the eye doctor just ignored my comments to find out from the new place I’m going to that my prescription was way off. My one eye was two strong and the other eye was too weak because I have astigmatism and the doctor never diagnosed me with it. I been in my new glasses for a week now and have not suffered from a horrible headache since. To find out these pass couple years that I been wearing the wrong prescription was very frustrating. I will not be returning.

The worker Desiree who works with the eye glasses doesn't explain very much. She just wants the insurance information so that the eye glasses information can go through. And Dr. Lyons isn't very nice. He rushes you out before their lunch hour which is 12 pm. Takes his time with each person.
