Went here because of the larger selection of frames with a script from our regular optometrist for my daughter. After paying for all the extras like scratch resistance, the lenses scratched significantly. They replaced the lens 'as a courtesy'. Fast forward a few months later and the frame started cracking near the bridge. Literally the plastic looks like it's disintegrating in crumbles. Yes these were a little cheaper than our normal place but the quality is garbage. Won't make that mistake again.

my experience was pretty OK until the person I was working with got called away and called someone else to help me and that person just started judging my choices. “those glasses dont look right on you” I have not a lot of money and I was following the $95 sale. they looked great on me, looking in a mirror, but she totally destroyed my confidence for the rest of the day. if you’re gonna judge someone on the pair of glasses that they pick out, you can buy their glasses for them.
I had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Liz was my sales rep, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that fit both my style and budget. She made everything easy and stress-free, from picking out frames to explaining my options clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. I really appreciated her patience and knowledge. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Liz if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience!
It's an easy setup of services. I was the first appointment of the work day. I felt a little rushed by the examiner Pre-test, Dr, and the sales associate. Update: Due the rush I experienced all sorts of miscommunication. Three visits and my glasses are still wrong. It boils down to one thing: They ordered me reading lenses instead of progressive lenses. I asked for progressive, because that's what I wear. I have requested a refund to my insurance company. I have decided to not move forward with this company. I am super frustrated and disappointed with my experience.
I would give 0 stars if at all possible went there. They gave me a price on reban. Sunglasses, the guy doing the intake didn't realize that he needed the actual script, which was not a problem. So I went and got a copy of the script from where I had my eye exam as I left. I made sure he put in my insurance, and he gave me a total of a $142. I come back with the script 2 days later. And they try to charge me $10 more for the glasses and $35 more. Overall, when it was all logged into the computer. Don't know why would never go to this place again. They also screwed up my wife's glasses. Because it was at closing time and they didn't want to add another antiglare feature, said she can do it when she gets the glasses and they tried to charge her more afterwards. And tell her it would take two more weeks. So she went to cancel the order, and then they had a change of heart, horrible place.Go to costco right across the parking lot
