Eye Doctor Inside Costco

I've never had a negative experience at costco optical. Every appointment has been very thorough, led by very competent doctors. They even went out of their way, immediately calling around in order to secure a doctor for my son's eye injury. I would like costco to sell some round glasses though.

I have purchased glasses here for years. I went in today to look for another pair and was standing by the front counter then went to the back wall area to look at more glasses. I went back up to the counter and finally someone (out of the three standing there) asked me if I needed anything. I told the employee I was looking for a shape similar to my glasses and if he had anything like them. His response- “what you see is what we got so…..”. No offer at all to help me in any way. I just walked away. A little little assistance would have gone a long way. I was ready to pay whatever the price is for good glasses but someone else will be getting my business.

Terrible experience. They have no clue what’s going on. Blind leading the blind. Left waiting 40 minutes for an appointment because they repeatedly kept misspelling my last name. Went to the one in Hazlet NJ for the longest time and they were great. Moved to Tons River and this store is the complete opposite. Set an appointment to get my eye exam from Pearl Vision which wound up being $15 less for the eye exam anyway.

I have been going to the brick costco optical for a few years. I very much like the optometrist Dr Guerrier. She has always help me get the Best vision with her exams. I don't really care for eyeglass department they in The Past Have Made Me Feel Likd I Was A Bother. I Guess They Forget Why They Have A Job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will charge you for contacts even if you don't like the fit. And when you ask for them anyway since you paid for them, they say no because it's a liability. My husband left minus $150 with nothing to show for it except bright red, burning eyes.
