Nightmare going to this office. Exam was so basic. None of the test given that my other doctors did. Just basic eye exam that they called an annual exam. And they forgot to give me my prescription! All these other papers, go home, called and asked please mail or email to it me, they will not do either!! No one EVER answers the phone. Just stay away.
I damaged my eyeglasses and was unsure of the warranty process and if there were any out-of-pocket obligations. Valerie replaced the frames and switched the lenses, with no out of pocket and I was on my way in 15 minutes. These folks stand behind their work, a quality not often found these days.
I've had a wonderful experience as a patient at Millennium Eyecare in Brick for the past two years, ever since moving from Freehold to Neptune. Dr. Hina Zaidi, who handles my annual eye exams is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. The entire team is super – the front office staff and doctors alike. I also appreciate how clean and friendly the office environment is. I especially want to commend their eyewear division, run by the fantastic Val. She's an absolute professional when it comes to helping patients choose glasses and order contacts. Val is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also consistently makes each person feel valued by dedicating her time and expertise to them. Thank you, Val, It's always a pleasure seeing you!
Dr.Eng has been my doctor for some time now and has always been exceptional with my care. She has always had awesome techs assisting her usually its Anthony who is very good , this past visit she had Sonny with her first time and he was exceptional . Techs are a very important part in your visit . I also had some other techs that have also been very good. But I highly recommend Dr.Eng for any Retina problems you'll be very satisfied !!
My experience was very good. All the staff are excellent what they do and friendly. Dr Schneider is a physician with many years of experience which is very reassuring. He is a professional diagnostician with a very good bedside manner. This is my third year visiting his office, and I hope to continue using their service for many years.
