Absolutely wonderful experience at this Visionworks! Ayanna made the glasses fitting process exceptional…she was so sweet, patient, and helped me find the perfect pair. The check-in process was seamless, and my exam with Dr. Patel was efficient and thorough. I was in and out in under an hour. A special shoutout to Ayanna for her outstanding customer service, and to the entire team for making the experience so smooth. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this location!

Great experience. First time in a long time I went to an eye appt and left with exactly what I came for, my prescription nothing more or less. No updates no gimmicks. I appreciate that. There was one small insurance verification that was untimely. But this is on eyemed not VW. I was actually able to pull up my benefits through my member portal and they gladly used/ accepted that as well. Smooth visit. Thank you

The location might not be the best, but everything else more than makes up for it. The staff is phenomenal — genuinely sweet, patient, and attentive. The doctor was kind, informative, and took her time with me. I never felt pressured to buy anything, never felt rushed, and never felt uncomfortable. Overall, it was just a really great experience, and I left feeling truly cared for. The entire team was just incredibly warm. So amazing I made appointments for my daughter as well.

She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was.

Everyone is pleasant and professional. They were clear on everything including insurance and promo options, what each procedures were about, and what I should expect. Scheduling was also easy and the place is clean and well maintained. I hope they can come up with more options for frames. That would make it 5 stars for me.
