Staff and Dr were super nice and professional. The doctor was very good at communicating what he was doing and seeing and what needed to be done.

Amazing experience. Dr Charles was so thorough and helpful throughout.

***Updated*** Dr. Charles called me and apologized. He said the front desk made a mistake and apologized for how they handled it. I was offered a refund for the difference. Dr. Charles was great and very personal. However, the receptionists lied about how much the visit would be when I called to schedule my appointment. They said they do not take my UHC insurance, which is fine and I opted to self-pay. One of the receptionists said the fee would be $80. When I checked out it was bumped up to $105. I told the receptionist that I was told $80 over the phone and she said no our visits can range from $85 to $100 something. I’m not one to enter into confrontation so I paid the $105 and moved on. Be sure to get a quote in writing before making an appointment. I would go back for a visit for Dr. Charles but I would be more cautious next time to ensure I have documentation of the quoted visit. I will update my rating to 5 stars if they call back and offer me a refund for my quoted 15 min visit.

This is probably my second or third review, but I cannot recommend Dr. Charles vision center enough! Everyone at the front desk is so kind and Dr. Charles truly cares for his patients and knows what he is doing. I have been coming here for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else for an exam. I hope he never retires!

Definitely worth the drive. Dr. Charles and his staff are very friendly from the phone call you make for your appointment until the moment you leave from your vision exam. Before, I went to an eye doctor that made me feel “stupid” and awful for asking any questions related to my vision. I even got yelled at. However, my encounter with Dr. Charles was very calm and informative. I told him about my past experiences with my previous eye doctor, and he assured me that there would be no yelling or attitude. He establishes excellent rapport with his customers and knew exactly what I needed to correct my vision. I think for the first time ever, I was able to clearly read the bottom line of the eye exam chart. I was in and out in 10 - 15 minutes. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Charles and his staff. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.
