My second experience here, and I will definitely continue to come back. Dr Gomez is really something special. She has such a contagious positive demeanor and really helps you understand everything she’s doing and every result. I have never felt like I left any doctors office with the level of understanding as I did here. After my appointment I also browsed and purchased a new pair of glasses in which I was very happy with. I tend to like some space while shopping around, and they let me know I could ask any questions while giving me that space to search on my own for some time. Nice and easy once it was time to purchase and pick up my glasses!

My children (16 and 21) and I have been seeing Dr. Gomez for several years now. She is incredibly thorough and pleasant. She shows images of our eyes and explains what she is looking at. My son and I both have unusual vision issues and she is proactive with the care we receive. The front staff and the opticians are very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable at what they do. I also had brought along a pair of my old glasses I really liked because I was told at another place that it wasn't possible to replace only the lenses and I had to buy an entire new frame as well. And no frames like mine were available anywhere. We'll at Charlton Optical they said YES we can absolutely replace just the lenses! Can't tell you how excited I was to hear that!

Pete and his staff are wonderful. Great service and selection and they are always willing to help
