I was there on a busy day- a Tuesday afternoon when all 3 doctors were in clinic. The staff was pleasant and kept me apprised about delays. Dr. Thompson was very attentive in his review and examination. He spent time explaining my issues and future treatment. That individual attention on a busy day impressed me.

Dr Thompson in in and his staff at Chattanooga Eye Institute are efficient and thorough. My annual eye screening exam detected a questionable area that resulted in further same day in-office evaluations and consultations with colleagues that resulted in a plan of care where I feel confident and in medically competent hands.

The doctors are wonderful!! The front desk personnel have some work to do. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes just to have the answering service answer my call and explain they could not help me. I just wanted to change my appointment day. As stated the doctors and the room staff are great.

I have been a customer here for over 40 years! Very attentive and nice staff who make you feel cared for. You are always treated well and they will give you eye drop samples . They are my go to eye specialists.

Dr. Levy and his staff are amazing! He treated a problem that I’ve had since I was a child rather than dismissing me like other doctors, and surgery was only a couple weeks from my first appointment - not long at all. The surgery center they used was great, also. They even sent a personally signed Get Well card! The staff answered all of my relentless questions leading up to surgery and after. The appointment wait was a little long, but that’s to be expected when there’s only 1 doctor within a 2 hour radius that can help these so many eye cases. Knowing this, they made the waiting room very comfortable to sit in. They are doing their absolute best, and I feel that I had very individualized care. They are great! I thank the entire team.
