The receptionists were very friendly and immediately greeted me into the building. The practice itself was very clean with nice decor and overall setup. Dr. Portner was super friendly, helpful and thorough. The frame selection was fantastic with a great variety of stylish and high-end frames. Overall, I am very pleased with this practice and glad to make it my eye care center. Best place for eye care I’ve ever been to!

I cannot recommend this eye doctor highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. My doctor took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the examination, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood my eye health and treatment options. It's rare to find a healthcare provider who combines such extensive expertise with such warmth. The office is clean, organized, and efficiently run, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. Thanks to their attention to detail and commitment to patient care, I left feeling confident that my vision and eye health were in the best possible hands. Phenomenal staff! Couldn’t have had a better experience. They’re all very thorough with insurance coverage, and all testing done. 10/10 recommend! The building is spotless & I am definitely returning as a recurring patient. ☺️

10/10 experience! This was my first exam there and I was in and out in good timing with all the info I needed. I left feeling very informed and even learned something new! Very clean. Very friendly. Very thorough. She listened to everything I said and took it into consideration in my appt. She even rechecked my eyes to make sure my contacts were sitting right on my eye before I left! I did not feel rushed out, I was welcomed to stay and look around at glasses after my appt.

The practice is clean (& chic!), and while I was in and out within the hour—I didn’t feel rushed or overstimulated. Dr. Portner was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions with patience, and everything was well explained. This was the best optometry office I’ve experienced in the Morgantown area!
