Always has great top notch service. Smile and welcome personality from each I encountered. Doctors are very knowledgeable and offer great advice. Just ordered new glasses, but got home and when I wore them,very blurry looking straight forward. Took back to them after 4 or 5 days. Business owner and its hard to make enough time for me. But. Once I got back, they handled everything promptly and saw the problem. Had to send them back for a repair lenses were to high where bifocal starts. Had 30 days to return before they would start charging. Went bsck in plenty enough time to get fixed. Always available to answers questions I may have . They take their time with you even when their busy. I love this it shows they care for their clients. Would recommend for anyone. Got my family going now too.

Dr Tom really cares about his patients vision. He is the only eye dr I've seen in years that I like. He takes his time and listens to concerns. The staff is great as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone here is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the patients. From Doctors Van and Tom to those assisting them, and to those in the office, I have always been impressed by their kindness and professionalism. I have been a patient for over 15 years and have no plans to leave. Thanks everyone!😊

As far as the office visit it was fine, now for the billing they charged my visit to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance which left me with a high bill out of my pocket. I think that the patient should be informed of the fact that this is the practice. Guess it’s my fault for assuming it would be charged to my vision insurance. After saying all that I will pay what I don’t feel I owe. Watch you wallet if you go there, people are nice billing not so much. I won’t be back after going there for 10yrs.
