I had cataract surgery on both eyes by Dr. Feulner this month. I am ecstatic about the results. Dr Feulner was amazing throughout the entire process. During the surgery she was extremely attentive to every detail and communicated with me to reassure me about what she was doing. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone who might need cataract surgery. When it ones to your eyes you need someone you trust and Dr. Feulner earned my trust 100 fold. 👍

Everyone I dealt with for my appointment were friendly, professional and efficient. I felt I received a thorough exam by Dr. Feulner and I easily understood her explanations following exam. The same held true upon meeting with Surgical Coordinator, Carolyn Klein.
The doctor and aides are great. However, the check in and check out process are terrible. The lack of human interaction is ridiculous! Waiting to check out until you're called left me waiting for 15 minutes until I simply left. There were 2 people behind the desk who weren't assisting anyone. Check in and check out are less than pleasant.
I'm not sure of the names of the doctor and the young lady assisting her. All I can say is that they were both excellent! They were kind, professional, clear with instructions and informative. I couldn't have been more pleased. I thanked both of them for making my visit a successful and pleasant one! And I will make a point of learning their names, my fault, a little nervous and distracted.
My appointment was about 5 minutes late, but once I was called it was nonstop. Along with different kinds of exams on my eyes, a lot of questions were asked to help them understand my physical state of being. I've been coming here for over 20 years and have always had good results.
