Chesapeake Eye Care And Laser Center

I had an eye examination today at Omni Eye Specialist in preparation for cataract surgery, and I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience. All of the staff were extremely kind and provided detailed explanations throughout the process. In particular, the technician Amarachi and the doctor Sumana took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and care made me feel very comfortable and confident. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone I know. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming, treating me like family while clearly explaining everything I needed to know.

The visit was good. I underwent several test and had a lot to digest. They wanted me to make an immediate decision I needed time to digest what I was being told. Everyone can't make decisions on the spot. The overall place was neat, clean and welcoming.

My time at Omni eye clinic was very great. Everyone was responsible and polite. The doctor was very professional and she answered every question that I had and she explained every thing about my care to me so that I could really understand it

Overall Rating, I’ll start with: The receptionist. on a scale of 1 to 5, they rate a 2. There were 3 young ladies whom in my opinion weren’t very attentive or friendly at all. The Tech’s: 1 to 5, they rate a 5. Preparing patients and doing testing for the doctor, they were friendly and informative. The Eye Doctor: 1to 10 rates a 10+ Extremely friendly, thorough informative and knowledgeable.

Had eye surgery a little over a year ago Had my weakness eye done first. After a couple of weeks I went back for the other eye with better vision done. The laser was not working and a new one was on order. I came back a third time for cataract surgery. I’ve had unclear vision. A feeling of edema that has never gone away. Very disappointed.
