Terrible communication. I called and scheduled an eye exam and was never told they don't do contact lens fitting. I waited 2 months to get an appointment. I got to their office and checked in. When I was called back to see the doctor, they starting asking about my eye glasses. I told them I was wearing my contacts. Assistant said, "Oh, we no longer do contact lens fittings, didn't they tell you that when you scheduled your appointment? We can do your eyeglass exam and you can go elsewhere for the contact lens fitting." Told her no thank you and told them I was not paying for the visit and left. Checked their website when I got home in case I missed it and there was an FAQ that specifically asks the question "Can I get a prescription for glasses or contact lenses?" The answer is "Absolutely!" False advertising!

Staff and provider were unprofessional. My mother was having an eye issue and Dr Bescak was just nasty to her. Do not recommend if you are having an issue with your eyes or anything else for that matter. Highly disappointed. All staff could say was he was having a bad day Well too bad so was she. Also, forgot to tell me that they no longer did contact lenses so have to go to another provider for them. Poor service plus the front staff have no idea what they do and don’t do there. When you call they are no help at all. I also called for my contact prescription which I was told on the phone that it was written 7/25, wrong that was the prescription expiration date.

Dr. Boss was great with the medical exam. If you wear contacts they will not measure and give you a prescription for contacts. Go here if you wear glasses only and do not want contacts as an option. You would think an Eye Center would be full service.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Dr. Jason Williams and his staff. Dr. Williams is extremely educated and talented in his field. He performed cataract and implant surgery on both of my eyes. He is brilliant and kept me informed on what to expect throughout the procedure and recovery periods. Dr. Williams' staff is top-notch! They exhibit a combination of professionalism and respect to all of their patients. From the moment you enter the waiting room until the moment you exit the office, you are cared for with patience and respect. Dr. Williams and his staff totally get it! Thank you to each and everyone of you for this positive experience. I will not stop singing your praise!

My wife and I both had cataract surgery this year. Dr Williams was the best. Made us feel very comfortable and his surgery and office staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr Williams. After my surgery I even won a golf tournament without my glasses of fifty years. Amazing being able to see clearly after all these years. Thank you Dr. Williams and everyone at Chesapeake Eye Center.
