I was on vacation and needed emergency assistance. Cory was a rock star. Thanks OC Eyecare.
My wife and I needed a quick turnaround on our glasses and tests before we relocated. Dr. Price Harris and her office manager were super helpful and communicative. And, assisted in changing the lenses when they weren't quote right. Highly recommend!
I got given an attitude from the owner/dr. All because the eye contact exam is 70 more. Really terrible service. Honestly, it was like paying to go in and get verbally assaulted so they can take your money
Had used this eyeware provider originally on the recommendation of a neighbor. I am retired and try to manage my healthcare budget proactively. Most private vision care insurance costs more and cover less than it would cost to just purchase glasses directly, so I have put new lenses in perfectly good frames I had and still liked. On two previous occasions I found the front office person sullen, uninformed, and getting information was like a tooth extraction. Today was the last straw. He refused to use a prescription that was one year and 2 days old, saying it was against the law and that the limit was one year. Well, I went home and looked up Maryland law. Love that internet! It specifically states that prescriptions in Maryland are valid for 2 years unless the doctor has written that it is valid for less time due to medical reasons. That was not the case for me. So not only is the front office person lacking in interpersonal skills, he is I’ll informed about Maryland law. Just to make sure I called the Walmart Optical shop a half mile away and sure enough, 2 years validity and yes, they will use my previous eyewear frame in good condition.
