I saw Dr. Venditti and she is the absolute best! Very thorough. I have a very bad astigmatism and she is the only one who has gotten my prescription correct. The staff is great as well!
I had such a great experience from the moment I walked into the office. I found the staff and provider to be very kind and knowledgeable. The selection of frames was plentiful and I asked for assistance in picking something out. I also asked if the lenses in my existing frames could be replaced with my new RX (so I could have a backup) at a reasonable cost and that also was obtainable. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks until my new glasses arrived. WINK will be my new choice for my eye care needs!
Can't say enough great things about WINK. Dr. Sportelli was very professional. She explained everything in detail, discussed all the options and I have to say, both my husband and I said it was the most thorough exam we have ever experienced. I have never had an eye Dr put glasses on you at the end that shows how your prescription will work and makes adjustments to make sure it is perfect. The front staff was very helpful in helping us choose glasses and very patient. Casey was so much fun and didn't care that I probably tried on most of the frames. I agree that they went over the billing which was great. I highly recommend WINK. You won't be disappointed. Thank you WINK for a wonderful experience.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I just ripped a contact lens and discovered I forgot my spare pair. They were able to get me a trial pair to get me through till I get home. What really blew me away was how kind, friendly, and helpful they were. I spoke to 3 different people during my ordeal and the level of service was consistent with everyone. Truly exceptional customer service and what you hope for when dealing with an unexpected issue. I am so lucky I am to have found this wonderful practice. Thank you!

All around, great customer service! -Amazing selection of glasses, the technology & eye screening for glasses and contacts was top notch and up to date. -I loved seeing the images of the inside of my eye, I have never seen that before.
