I went for a regular eye exam for glasses. The doctor asked me if I wear contact lenses. I said yes so she kept pushing me to try a new brand. She said that it was FREE so I did. When I was leaving, the place started charging me for contact lens fitting fee. I paid $15 in addition to my regular eye exam on site. A couple of weeks later I received another bill for $80 for the full contact lens fitting fee. In summary, lots of hidden costs and I don't think this place puts the patient first. There are so many other ophthalmologists out there, if you don't want to deal with the headache, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I just had the most amazing experience with the team at Chic! They were incredibly helpful with picking out frames, they gave me options that I could choose from instead of trying on every pair in the store. They were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a fast, easy, and positive experience. Thank you all so much, I HIGHLY recommend!!

Loved the store, The store manager Erin was so knowledgeable, patient and my lil just loved her...they also expanded the closing time for as. You feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. I highly recommend !!!
