The brst place ever to go for Vision !! Love Dr Goodman! He takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explains all procedures to him. He sits and talks to you and helps you to understand what’s going on. This position really cares about his patience. The office staff is so helpful and nice. Everyone there is so friendly. I always look forward to going herr!

I love Dr. Goodman and have use this clinic for over 20 years. However, his front desk reception Sue is rude and totally unprofessional. She will yell at you while you are being calm. She talks over you so you can’t get a word in and is unsympathetic. I was willing to even pay cash since they didn’t take my insurance. But she was insistent on telling me it was my fault I chose the insurance I did. I couldn’t get a word in to say I will pay cash. I finally just hung up on her because wouldn’t stop yelling at me. I do not want to go to a doctor whose staff abuses no matter how good the doctor.

Our 1st visit. From the reception area to exam to exit… great experience. Dr Goodman spent a very long time explaining my condition and all the tests they performed as well as the reasons for them. He and his staff were amazing! We have been back for subsequent appointments and each time the staff, the treatment and the Dr were A-1! Very happy with this practice.

I really had a great visit with Dr. Goodman, the only issue I had was the miscommunication with insurance. I was never told about a copay until check in, then told an amount, then told I wasn’t going to have a copay after-all. But when I checked out of the appointment, I had a copay. I understand the differences between the two with medical and vision but when I was in the back I had asked before again before we even started if it was still going to be under medical, and was told yes. That is the only part of the visit that was a problem.

Everyone from the Receptionist to the Doctor were pleasant and professional. The Doc explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on with my vision and what the treatment plan entailed. My follow up appointment was scheduled three weeks later and the lasic surgery which I'm told will take under seven minutes should correct my vision problems. Highly recommend their services! Jerry
