Went in for new glasses as it was time. This business came highly recommended from family. The eye exam was wonderful! The Dr is super nice and very engaging. One of my best eye exams ever. Went to get frames and go from there. The glasses I chose, seemed to be too small for my egghead. They debated for a bit and decided they would be okay. When the glasses came, I was called and told they were there. I showed up to get them and could hear them basically playing "not it" on who was going to have to help me. I paid for the glasses and they handed the case to me and said have a nice day. I asked if they were to adjust them and was told no. They're already adjusted. Well, surprise they weren't. Have been back 3 times for adjustment. They still don't well. They also referred me for cataract for my family member. Sent me 3 hours away on a wild goose chase. Was not happy. Called and got the run around. It was a fiasco. 2 stars because the Dr is good. In short, I would go elsewhere. The Dr is great, but my glasses were $1K with only one add on. They are over priced with below average customer service. I will go elsewhere for sunglasses.
