From setting up the appointment to the Doctor always a great experience and the best prescription for my daughter. I’ve been to other competitors and they have not been as accurate. I never make a poor comment but the tension, cold, unwelcoming feeling I got was terrible. I was the last appointment of the day and had 5 mins to shop admitting I was 10mins late. Told they were closing and I could come back making that a me problem not considering the customer at all. Personally drove an hour to be there if not longer because traffic is always pretty crazy in the area and lights. Never had an issue in the past. From appointment, doctor, a few years ago they had a woman working the front who would mark the glasses and complete the process whom we loved! Sadly we didn’t see her she made picking glasses with your kiddo fun and exciting! In all, if you’re looking for accuracy this is your place. The cost of frames are very overpriced and yet I happily paid due to experience. Personally experience is everything and unfortunately this location has lost it. A bit disappointing we have to wait until next year to retry. I’ve worked sales and customer service for 19 years and it’s sad to see what feels should be natural to be at the very least welcoming is clearly not here.
