Great service by all the staff. I got a detailed explanation by Dr Grisel Lagunas of the results of all studies performed. Also great explanation from the eye technician on the different options for glasses and insurance coverage.
Dr. Romero and her technician, Avery, did a wonderful job! Dr. Romero explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Avery made the entire process enjoyable and welcoming. This was one of the best eye appointments I’ve ever had, and I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care!

I want to take a moment to recognize technician Netzi for the excellent care she provided during my eye exam. She was incredibly patient, attentive to detail, and very delicate while performing the tests, which made the entire experience very comfortable. Her knowledge was very evident, and you could truly tell how much she loves what she does. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. I always get prompt, courteous service and a very thorough exam. Staff is always friendly. Dr. C Lagunas is excellent and takes the time to explain the test results and treatment necessary.
