Everyone here from the receptionist, to the technician, to the doctor, to the optometrist, to the billing person, was absolutely amazing! Everyone was very nice and positive! They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. I would 100% highly recommended. I had a great experience here.
I love going to Chili Vision! You are greeted with a smile and they are always very nice and helpful. From the ladies at the front to the ladies who bring you back and get you ready for Dr Brown. Dr Brown is warm and great attitude. She is down to earth and explains everything! The tech who help with your glasses are also very nice, patient and listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Chili Vision!
Dr Brown and ALL of the staff at CVG are always so friendly and upbeat. They are very professional, and actively listen to any concerns I may have about my vision. I would never go any place else for my vision care.
My eye exam and getting my glasses went great. My nose pad fell off after a couple of years, they were able to get me in on short notice and swapped out both pads without charging me. They put the customers first and it shows in their day to day practices 😁
Everyone I made contact with was extremely kind and explained every step before it happened. I did not feel rushed or questioned the way I have felt in the past at other offices. Glad I made the appointment to become a patient at this practice and look forward to having my vision cared for here!
