Cornerstone Eye Associates

My wife saw just Justin park at the brighton office. We had an exceptional experience. Office was clean. All staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I want to highlight that the young lady Morgan at reception was handling some difficult patients with patience and care. When we checked out we were by no means difficult but she gave us a warm and friendly meeting and clearly was going above and beyond for every patient she interacted with. Very pleased to have been referred to this practice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a practice that excels in every aspect.

Gates location: I had an eye exam appointment and was in and out of the exam in less than 15 minutes with the Dr. Most of the time there was spent waiting. I felt rushed and unable to ask questions of the Dr and left with the same unanswered questions. I felt like I was in an assembly line. Both the receptionist at the optical shop as well as the optometrist who sat with me for my separate eyeglass appt, were both rude. I felt like I was a bother to both. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Dr. Gupta and her entire staff at Cornerstone are amazing. Extremely professional and caring people who put you at ease with the process of eye care. Highly recommended!

Every associate was friendly and helpful. This is what every office should model themselves after. Best experience I have had anywhere to date.

Excellent service; simply went in to see if I had destroyed my $500 Gucci glasses after finding them in the chair, after "napping". Stephanie fixed 'em right up !! A no hassle stop 🙂
