There was a mix up with my appointment and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. The healthcare team is phenomenal! They are professionals working at their best, from the front desk receptionist to the optometrist. You matter as a person and it shows in the high quality of care that is provided. My rating for the team 1-10, my evaluation is a 12. I highly recommend their service. You're doing a great job. Thank you for servicing the community of Danville.

This was my first visit to Chittick Eye Care. I am totally impressed with the entire experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was totally at ease. Everything was fully explained to me. You were not rushed in and out but time was spent with you in a caring helpful way. I highly recommend this Eye Clinic to anyone considering making an appointment here.

I couldn’t wait to get home to write this review. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Chittick and I did again today. Dr. Prosser was so thorough with his exam and let me know all of the options I had when it came to lenses that would relieve my eye strain due to computer usage. He’s also very good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand! It was a seamless transition from my exam to meeting with my optician who would help me pick out my frames, Debbie is AWESOME! I take a long time to pick out frames but she brought me suggestions and was able to get me into 2 nice pairs that I could afford payments on. She’s also extremely knowledgable about the different lenses I could choose from. I’m so lucky to have such wonderful people taking care of my eyes! Thank you Chittick!

I have been going to Chittick for the last 32 years. I have always had great service and excellent care. However, as they continue to grow and expand that patient focused care is slowing going away. I tried to call and make a routine appointment today for my son and I. My insurance was up to date but my son's had changed. In the past the Danville office would look up the current plan for the local companies in the area and fix it. I was told this time they can't do that. That was fine, it's my responsibility to know my insurance, I get that. However where they went very wrong was refusing to schedule an appointment for him until they get that information. My son has been seen there since birth. He's 13 now. He is always seen at the same time as me and always has the same insurance as my husband for 13 years. They absolutely refused to schedule him, and this was on my 2nd call to them because I was on hold and was hung up on the first time. Im not calling a 3rd time to schedule an appointment we will take our care and business elsewhere.
