The exams were great picking the right frames was easy for me and my daughter but I had to call multiple times to even get a appointment and multiple times to see if our glasses were in nobody ever answers the phone but over all 4 stars especially if you have a child that's never needed glasses

Doctor and staff are always very professional and friendly. I feel they have my eye site and health as their top priority.

I ordered my glasses a month ago. I’ve been calling every Friday to see if they were ready. I called Monday they said the frames that I ordered were out of stock and they had to use the ones they had on display. They were also supposed to call me back and give me an estimated time of delivery and they never did. So, I called today to see if they were ready to pick up and yet again they were not. She apologized and said she would call back with another estimated time of delivery that I have yet to receive. I will not be returning to this place!!

I highly recommend this practice. I have always had a positive experience there. Very welcoming staff. They are also honest about the frames you try on and they are good at finding the frames that are most attractive on you. They also stay in your price bracket.

I had a great experience at Evans Piggot & Finney Eye Care. They complied with masking , which I was glad to see. There was minimal waiting, they were very quick and efficient. The optometrist was thorough and talked over several options for me regarding my changing prescription - very helpful. And when I picked out frames, the staff made sure that I got the frame color I wanted (black) even though the model color was a dark navy and I wasn't sure whether they came in black. Highly recommend.
