Shout out to Chris who helped me tremendously with my new glasses (which I had didn't even bought at this location) but he was so helpful to apply his knowledge shaping these glasses to stay on my nose! Chris has saved me a lot of time and frustration! Thank you, Chris and Walmart Vision and Glasses!

Tammy was working here from another store. She called our insurance company and tried to help us, because they are so difficult. She is helpful and friendly. She knew who we were as soon as we got to the store and warmly welcomed us. She made our experience a 5 out of 5 stars. The eye Dr is also incredibly friendly and was thorough with our exams. Highly recommend.😊
I came in and had a vision exam and to get an updated prescription. They refused to give me my pupilary distance unless I bought from them, obviously severly limiting my ability to buy elsewhere and/or making it extremely inconvenient. I unfortunately misplaced the small piece of paper that they had written my lens prescription on and called them to get it but they refused to give it to me unless I showed up on a specific day that the doctor was there so she could give it to me, as apparently no one else in the department would be able to and she is only there on certain days. This whole process has been incredibly frustrating and highly inconvenient and I will not be going back or recommending to others, unfortunately.
Well, I have spent three weeks trying to get an appointment for new glasses. They had been not answering the phone for over a week, but i finally got a human to answer last week. I was told they were too busy and they would call me back. That was last week. I feel for the doctor, as i don't think she is aware of how broken the front is and how little they care about business. I will find another doctor after over a decade, and it makes me sad.
I was visiting from Indiana and my nose piece fell off. It was digging into my skin hurting so bad. Elizabeth, Iene and Alec were a great help in attending to my needs.! Even offering to adjust my glasses and giving me glasses cleaner before I left. Superb attention!
