My experience at Lens Crafters today was great. It is always good however Dr. Sher made it extra fun. She is so down to earth and makes her patients feel like family! Would highly recommend her!! Very professional!!

The staff at this LC are phenomenal! I want to give the representative Alex 6 stars. We received top notch customer service and most creative problem solving. THANK YOU Alex!!! BUT I would like to give only 1 star to management here that tolerates the incompetent Indiana Eye Doctors clinic, that operates out of this Lens Crafters store. We received gross lack of customer service and customer interest at this Clinic. They are overbooked &/or have limited optometrists on staff- it was very hard to get a simple annual eye exam appointment with them so that we could get new glasses order filled urgently. This alone is in complete misalignment with the Lens Crafters fast services commitment. When I called, LC reps automatically transferred me to the clinic to make the eye exam appointment, without explaining to me that the clinic is completely separate entity from LC. This misled me to believe I was making an appointment with the reputable LC. But that’s not the case. Had I know this, I would have called other local eye clinics for more available optometrists and far more competent service, one able to recognise & respect an urgency, and one actually interested in delivering good customer service.

Have been a customer for several years. I also purchase warranties just in case. I have also purchased prescription sunglasses from them. Other than the RayBan sunglasses, I have always gotten the full frame Oakleys. 6 months ago I thought I would try the metal frame Oakleys (has nose pieces with screws and screws to hold lens in. I travel out of town most weekends and in the last month a lens fell out because a screw came out (fixed myself by purchasing an eyeglasses repair kit) and a nose piece came off and was lost. Ashley stated that the warranty will only replace them with the same pair and that they always tell customers to expect to replace the nose pieces at least twice a year. We'll I was NOT told that and I were told I would have purchased the same style of Oakleys that I have worn for the last 10 years. With purchasing the warranty why in world would I want the same pair of junk that keeps losing parts? Poor customer service and I will not spend another dime of my or my insurance money there anymore

I have always gone to Lenscrafters. It is convenient to have the optometrist right inside the same place. The staff is very helpful picking out frames and lenses to ensure you get what you want and need.

I have to say that Ashley helped me today and I had the best experience today that I’ve ever had at this location. She is very polite and friendly, but very knowledgeable and professional at the same time. She takes time to get to know what you need and to get you the best option possible. She doesn’t rush you or try to just sell you something. She cares about her customers and it shows. She is an asset to this location at Tippecanoe Mall!
