We do online pickup primarily and there is never a spot. All the pictures are empty vehicles in the online pickup spots. There has been times we would have to wait for people to get done shopping to be able to park to get our online order. Like what it the purpose of having online pickup? It would be different if they were online customers. However they are not. This store needs to do something about. I'll take my membership and business elsewhere. I'll continue to add pictures as we come. Recent: came to pick up. Was directed to pull into the loading area but could not because PEOPLE WERE PARKED. All this money coming in and you cannot improve your parking lots for functionality and safety. Update: I am NOT renewing m my Plus account that I have had since 2010

It was pretty decent my first time going, I got there early, but shortly after being there it got super crowded. I asked one of the employees for help finding something and he was pretty rude. I had better luck getting help with customers. Cant speak for everyone but the staff just looked miserable. Everyone sitting doing the samples "which I didnt try any" just seemed very grumpy and looked like they hated to be there. It's hard to find things even though there's isle posters that narrow some things down. The automated sweeper/buffer was a bit strange but it did stop before hitting us a few times. I did bring my children. The grocery carts are NOT really that great for toddlers in our fist experience. The carts are large but the seats are very small up front. "Toddler is around 38 lbs" The prices are great on a lot of things. Overall I WOULD recommend this place and the subscription fee. Good luck getting into a fuel pump unless you want to sit 15-20 minutes. The lines are INSANE!

their pickup policy is incredibly dumb! I live an hour away and scheduled a pickup for 5 storage totes after work. I bought online rather than just going in after because it was a dollar cheeper per bin online compared to in store, basically buy 4 get 1 free... sounds good! I ended up getting off work early and they would not let me come in and get the totes before the scheduled time. I told them I would go grab them and they didn't have to do any of the work besides make sure I didn't take more than I was supposed to. They said no I have to wait the 3 hours or cancel the order, and they would NOT match the online price... They spent more time talking to me and canceling my order than it would have taken to just get the bins! Ohh and the kicker when the guy looked up my order it said ready for pickup on their end, like what!? So I canceled and wont be renewing my membership that I've had over 10 years! At this point it isn't about the stupid dollar it's the fact they weren't willing to accommodate the most basic of requests!

Love the deals you can get at Sam's. Not a fan of ordering online for pickup and out of 18 spots, likely half or more are taken up by people inside shopping. It happens every week. Sam's seems to not care whatsoever about it. It is issues like these that make people switch to Costco... Adding to my review some months later. Wad told to pull under the awning where they load certain orders. Could not pull in because someone was parked shopping. I know they were shopping because while we waited in the main isle with the flashers on, they came out and started loading a full cart of groceries into their SUV. Got a membership at Costco 2 weeks ago to try it out. Once they get a pickup option I will likely switch to just Costco. The staff are helpful and people that shop there don't just do as they please. Time will twll if anything changes...

This stores employees are always nice. We utilize the curbside pick up because going inside with my special needs daughter is hard at times. The main issue I have is people parking in the pickup area and going inside to shop. On busy days I’m circling the lot waiting for other people picking up to leave to even be able to park to receive my items. Can you start enforcing the parking in the reserved section by either towing cars or calling out plate numbers over the intercom.
