Our experience here varied. We love Dr Shaffer and the girls that assisted her. The person who helped us pick and order glasses, I believe her name was Michelle was wonderful. All very nice, friendly and helpful. However when we picked up our glasses it was a completely different experience. The 2 women working at the counter were not concerned with how our glasses fit and they acted annoyed with doing their job. I explained that my glasses needed adjusting as I couldn't see specific things and rather than checking the fit and adjusting they just wanted to argue with me. I wish I had their names. I was told in the phone that Amy would check to ensure they fit, I do not know if that was her name or not. They were just rude and not customer friendly. The one even argued with me about whether or not all 3 of our pairs were in or not. They never checked how they fit on my ears or how they were sitting on my face. Didn't make sure they were straight. Those are the things we are used to having checked. We expected better service and care with the fitting upon picking up the glasses.

This particular office is absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. The Dr. we see is Dr. Haley Shaffer. We followed her from her previous job to this office. My husband and I have been very satisfied with the whole office.

Update: I am following up on my previous review regarding the treatment of my mother. During her appointment for macular degeneration, the doctor told her she would need "needles in her eyes" and then abruptly left the room. She provided no further explanation of the procedure or details, leaving my mother in a terrified state. Because of this complete lack of bedside manner, we sought a second opinion. The new specialist informed us that such a treatment was not even necessary. Evans & Taylor lost a customer that day due to unprofessionalism and a distressing misdiagnosis. I really like Grace our eye doctor . I was with my previous eye doctor for 30+ years, so she made a great impression. Came in and picked out glasses processed the transaction was in and out under 30 minutes on, 2/20 so kudos to the gal that helped me. I just can’t remember her name.thank you .

I had such a good experience here! It was easy and straightforward to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff is very welcoming and kind, and the facility is also very clean and welcoming. The exam felt very thorough and Dr. Caleb Chung was amazing! He was so kind and explained everything to me in detail and really listened to me. He was very easy to talk to and made the appointment enjoyable. I highly recommend!
