Everything was great from making the appointment to picking out my glasses. Very professional and pleasant to engage with. After arriving and checking in I was quickly called back to begin the examination. After a few initial tests the wonderful lady took me to a private suite to prepare me for my meeting with the optometrist. He was very personable and great to work with. He then took me to the amazing ladies who consulted with me on new glasses. A very wonderful experience all around.

Norman and Miller have always been very helpful, kind and go out of their way to help and solve an issue. My issue was the family dog chewed my glasses and caused a lens to fall out. The staff put the lens back in and repaired the chewed earpieces well enough for me to wear again. They didn't have to do any of that. I appreciate their help and kindness.

Very happy with my visit. Very professional and helpful staff. Dr Gilman was very attentive and listened to me about the struggles I've been having with my vision. I'm excited to get my new glasses. I'm confident that if there are any issues they will work with me to fix it!

Receptionist was very nice. Nikki was very nice, very friendly, like family! The fill in Doctor did great, even took care of the type of contacts I prefer. The gal at the frame section was great. ALL the way around, great experience.

I had a very detailed exam and the Dr went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He told me more than anyone ever has about dry eye treatments available. I will definitely recommend this office to others. All of the staff were also friendly and helpful.
