All staff here is courteous, professional, and helpful. Dr. Clemens addressed everything I brought to his attention and was a big help with my dry eye issue. They use more advanced equipment than I've seen. No air blowing in my eyes was nice and the way the measurements are done for your glasses is pretty neat. It was a good experience. I will be sticking with them.

I have been going here for several years. Everyone has always been so wonderful and helpful. However, I was helped by Tom this time and I was very unimpressed. He was very pushy and not very nice at all. He we even a bit arrogant when helping me. I will make sure that he is not there the next time I need to come in. Rob and the girls are the only ones I will be dealing with.

I broke my glasses in the middle of a work day. And they took care of me quickly and fixed them within minutes. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor for 9 years and I’ve seen lots of people come and go, but Tom is amazing at what he does. He is very friendly and very welcoming and just easy to talk to. I totally recommend coming here!!
