Everyone was super friendly, Danielle was helpful and did a great job, and the eye doctor who saw me was very friendly helpful and professional. The reason for my two star is the new requirement for the retinal scan. I am 32, have no family history of any eye issues, and did a retinal scan last year where the same eye doctor who saw me today said my eyes were without any issues and very healthy. I do not need to spend an extra 40 dollars every single year on a retinal scan. Perhaps every 3-4 years but I will be seeking out a new eye doctor if this is the policy. This type of service should be included in the exam or optional. not required.

Dr. Chen is very patient and detailed during the eye exam. She informs you step by step what she doing as she performs the exam. I have recommended her to family and friends and now they go to see her for their annual check-up.

I had an eye exam at this office a few weeks ago and was given my prescription without any issues. Recently, I returned to request my PD (pupillary distance) because I need to order safety glasses for work. To my surprise, I was told they could not provide that information and that I would need to get it from wherever I was purchasing the glasses. I find this unprofessional and very disappointing. As a patient, I believe I have the right to receive all the measurements from my eye exam. It feels like they only want to provide certain information if you purchase glasses directly from them. Now I have a prescription that I cannot fully use because they refuse to provide a basic measurement needed to order glasses on my own. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

Dr. HONEYBLUE is awesome and very professional. I have been going to her for 2yrs she is great at what she does. Jane ans billy in the front are so helpful and really do a great job helping you get the most out of your experience. Easy and quick to bavigate

Dr Chen was the best eye doctor I've been to by far! Not only was she extremely nice, she also explained issues to me in a very easy to understand way, and helped me figure out why my previous eye doctor visits hadn't given me helpful prescriptions. I definitely would recommend, especially if you've had problems with incorrect lens prescriptions in the past!
