I hardly ever leave a review on anything. But, I feel strongly about what I want to say. I have been going to the vision center in the Decherd Walmart for several years now. And, I keep coming back because of one special employee, and, my friend Tonia. I'm sure all of the employees are great. But I only have 'eyes' for Tonia;) She gave me her personal number years ago and she is always quick to get back to me with the correct info, or answer, when I have a question. I can see her big, pretty smile for me, even while we are texting about eyewear. Whenever I'm in the store she always makes me feel like the most important person in the building. She knows a ton about any aspect of the process, and has gone above and beyond to makes sure I'm satisfied with my lenses, frames, tint, pricing and final pick up of my glasses. We chat like long, lost friends while she pecks away at her computer, and while she checks her little notebook, with flowers on it:) for the notes she made just for me and my order. It is a treat to be able to go in and let Tonia take care of everything and spoil me a bit. I just have to walk out looking cute in the frames she helped me pick out. There are too few people like her in retail, and in the world in general these days. She is a true gem and deserves, at the very least, my heartfelt thank you. Thank you, friend:)

I would highly recommend! The staff is excellent. They are always friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from, and everyone is easy to work with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have bought frames, had lenses replaced, and even gone in to get adjustments and it has never been anything but a great experience!

Every time I go in to get glasses/contacts everything is so neat and organized! Donna and Tonia have helped me a few times and are always very helpful with anything I need or questions that I may have!

First attempt After picking the frames I wanted. I waited almost 2 weeks for my glasses. Finally they came in. Edie helped me. Never once did she offer me a seat to try my glasses on. Instead go to the mirror and look as she is bending the frames with out even heating them up. She reasured me they was straight. After arriving home my daughter first response was why are your glasses crooked. Took them back they other lady tried don't have her name but very sweet. She tried could not get them so they tried a demo frame lens would not fit so they say Tonya would have to fix the. Come back Monday. Demo frame now has my lens but they are still crooked. And extra tight in my face did some shopping to try them out and no results. So I went back to Tonya told her she adjust them again. I felt they was still crooked but Tonya said they was not. So I went home same results daughter said they are still hight on left side.so I put my old glasses back on when doing so I felt really sharp edges on the frame. So after dinner I went back. Tonya said she would order new frames it would take a week for new frames. Ok I will try and work with these. She was trying to get them as straight as possible. As I was trying new ones on Tonya picked my old glasses off the table and stated to bend them and said let me straighten them up for you. But they was already perfect for my face the old glasses. Got to my car new glasses still not working for me. Put my old glasses back on they was crooked where Tonya messed with them. So I tried to gently bend them back the way they was just slightly but did not even get the full bend in B4 they snapped in half. So I called corporate explained the situation whom assure me a Christopher main store manger would be calling me. But nope Tonya called me and said if your not happy with our service bring glasses back and we will refund your insurance. Ok big dimolima is now I have no old nor new glasses and they expected me to spend 130 for frame for my old lens. After she was the cause of them breaking if she did not touch the. I would have not had to try and bend them back. So now I have no glasses and my eyesight is very bad and I'm wearing contacts that should have been thrown away over a month ago. THE INSULTS WHEN SHE COULD NOT STRAIGHTEN THEM.MY GLAASES ARE NOT CROOKED IT COuLD BE YOUR EARS SET ONE HIGHER THAN THE OTHER... OR MY EYES ARE CROOKED IS WHY THE GLASSES LOOK CROOKED. EVEN THOUGH SHE DIDNT THINK THAT IT WAS INSULTING.ITBWAS VERY INSULTING . WALMART VISION DO BETTER

I knew the day I picked up my glasses they were crooked however Tonia kept saying they were not! Because it was affecting my vision and I paid $300 for these I felt it needed to be fixed! I came in the following week and again Tonia worked with me trying to get my glasses even. They were bent over and over again and I left again with my glasses still not 100% because she started with this” I’ve been working g on these forever and I don’t know what else to do except let you pick out another frame!” I am very disappointed in the service or more so the attitude.
