Love this place! The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming. Marcy took our vitals and helped us get everything ready, and she was awesome as well. And Dr. Collantes, as usual, was great at helping us and figuring out what was going on. He is knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and never makes you feel rushed. We always leave feeling like our concerns were taken seriously and properly addressed. Definitely recommend this clinic! They can be busy at times, but honestly, that's because they're good at what they do and a lot of people trust them. Great staff and great care all around.

I was great attended. The doctor i spoke to explained the good and the bad. The front desk are very attentive and helpful. Roxanna, from the lab, is an excellent nurse who does a great job. Maricela is another excellent nurse that was very helpful and kind. I am thankful for their good service. Dr collantes explained the results well and Jenny gave me good service Chela helps me with all the questions I had and helps me with all the medical services I need

I used Red Light Therapy for the fist time yesterday at Para Latino Medical Center. The staff was great they were attentive, welcoming, made me feel very safe and comfortable. The staff checked in on me a couple of time since I'm scared of enclosed places. They had very relaxing music which made it better. The cleanliness was out standing. The therapy worked wonders after just one session I got rid of a 3 week constant headache and my right knee which gives me problems even to stand feels 60% better and to me that's incredible. My skin loos great after just one session. I truly recommend this its honestly life changing, oh and the sleep from last night was the best I've had in years 10/10. It’s been a year since I came to this clinic and they are still saturated with patients! They say they’re going to keep improving but I have seen no changes so here is your most recent review everyone. I came here today for my kid at 930 and it’s now 3! The worst part is that the reception lady is giving favoritism to certain patients, they’re going to deny it but there’s been many patients right now complaining over the same thing. We saw other patients that came after us get attended before us and they have all been waiting hours! If you don’t go to reception to persistently ask how many patients are ahead of you, you will probably wait longer in line. I would not recommend this place to no one! They can’t even handle (take care) of the many patients they get daily. I’m planning to switch my kids healthcare provider for this reason and whoever experiences the same, you can also report them to the Department of public health which is what I’m going to do.

Waiting for lab results or for lab to be done…takes 2 or more hours. They would even flaunt that other patients wait longer🤯! Insane!! Don’t go here! Find a different location for health services! You’ll call the location for service, they’ll say, “It won’t be long. We can take you.” In reality, you’ll wait for plenty of hours. Not worth a wait when you are only seeing a doctor for 5-10 minutes🤦🏽‍♀️.
