I came here for a second opinion after Heaton Eye had me convinced I was going to lose my sight in one eye. This place was WONDERFUL from start to finish. Lizabeth was so kind and made me feel at ease from the start. My scans were done by a tech in training named Rachel and she was so sweet and just a joy of a person. Dr. Lu saw me for my issue and informed me I had been misdiagnosed by Heaton, that the issues they said I had were something completely different, and most importantly, NOT VISION threatening. He put my mind at ease and explained everything so that I understood exactly what was going on and how my vision will improve in time. I would refer anyone here for vision problems. THANK YOU!

I had my first appointment with Dr Lu today. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and efficient. Dr Lu was amazing, explaining every step of my procedure in detail. He is very personable and caring. By the way, my appointment was at 2:30 and I was called back at 2:29. Impressive!

Not about patient care at all. Waited over 6 months to get an appointment after someone deferred my referral to never be touched. Finally get an appointment then have to sit for 2 hours in the waiting room to see the dr and another hour in the room. Doctor creates a plan but never followed through with it. My first Rheumatologist Appointment was in June and I haven’t heard back from anyone since then. I have reached out and sent several messages and still no response. I don’t care how good a Dr is if he can’t follow up with his patients and return messages he ain’t that good. I refuse to make another appointment that would require me to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours to see a Dr who can’t even respond to my messages.

We saw Patel for endocrinology! She was fabulous. In and out. On time. Clean facility.

I have had several issues with this clinic. First, the doctor didn't calculate my contact prescription, leaving me with the wrong one! When I called to get the right prescription, the nursing staff argued with me, defending the doctor and saying the prescription was correct. When they realized I was right, they never apologized but were short with me. Second, I needed access to my glasses prescription because I had lost the printout. It has been two weeks of back and forth trying to get my prescription. Still NOTHING! When someone needs a prescription, they typically really need it, and multi-week-long delays are not okay. Third, is the Christus call network. I have never had one of my calls picked up. If I call any of the local eye doctor's office, a person picks up. At Christus, they have a long, annoying call system designed to keep people from reaching the staff.
