I went it for an updated eye exam and Dr Johnson found I had a torn retina!!!! He quickly called Dr Lu and he did lazer surgery the next day!! Had he not caught it, I would have been blind in one eye! Thank you Dr J!!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 amy b
Once I spoke to the office staff I knew this would be the place for us. They were so kind and easy to work with. Then we had our appointments. Amanda took our preliminary information and did our tests before we saw Dr. Johnson. She made us feel relaxed and at ease, a true professional. Dr. Johnson explained all of the new technology and went over our results. He also took the time to chat with us, which I appreciate so much. Then we checked out and were given a copy of our prescriptions. It was LESS than our last provider. TOP NOTCH service, technology and extensive experience. Five stars all the way around.
David Johnson & RMO healthcare are probably the premier eye care providers in Tyler. Not only was my appointment timely! Not on some other ‘Physician timeline’ where you wait, wait & then wait some more until they deign your wait worth to be seen, then, only to be given 5 mins with a person who really cares very little for your health and well being at all!. Sorry for the rant. At RMO the situation could not be further removed my appointment was timely, I chose to believe that they valued my time as much as their own. More importantly my interactions with the David were precise and edifying. The situation pertaining to my eyes was clearly explained at length, in a manner most anyone could comprehend,. The pièce de résistance was the clarity & manner with which this information was shared. A skill-set seemingly vastly under taught in Medical Schools..
They are always fast, efficient, friendly, and as anyone wants with their optometrist… Thorough. I’ve been going to optometrists for over 50 years, and Dr. Johnson is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Cutting edge techniques and old school customer service. Definitely worth the drive even if you aren’t in Tyler.
My husband and I just visited RMO Eyecare. From the receptionist to the Assistant to the Dr. All first class service for the both of us. We were extremely pleased with their professional service Glad we found them.
