I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff. Bina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and never missed an opportunity to greet others as they walked by. The “que” scan in is frustrating especially since there is almost no cell service inside, but her peraonality more than made up for that.

I bought an expensive pair of glasses at Sam’s club in Tyler Tx. I also paid extra for the insurance. They were fitted and we left. Living 50 miles away on the way home I noticed a crack in the lens. I took them back the next week. They said I would have to use the insurance and I could only use it once. So I chose to wait in case I had to use it later. It didn’t mater is was there when I picked them up. 7 months later the frames where the crack is flaking off paint. I also scratched the lens so I took them back. They said sweat causes the paint to come off. The frames doesn’t touch my face at all Sweat has nothing to do with it. Now they tell me I have to contact All State insurance company to use my insurance on them. What a pain. Nothing but problems with them. Fair warning. Don’t use Sam’s unless you want to be nothing but a hassle.

The lady working there was very nice and took her time making sure I was happy with my glasses. The glasses arrived on time. Thank you.
