New staff, nice. I am a regular patient 7+ years. No new insurance card and you address it As if i haven’t been there,. And if you know i get a medical exam make sure to do all my testing at once . The provider was awesome as always. Like the location.
moved across states to come to Cincinnati and I have to say I was cared for extremely well. The service was great and everyone was super sweet. Not to mention I got my gorgeous prescription glasses fitted and to me the same day about an hour later! Top tier service. Couldn't have been any happier 😊
Dr. Jenna and her staff are awesome. The friendly reception and the care of team are exceptional!! Dr. Jenna carefully explained my prognosis after my examination. Felt comfortable with her explanations and what I could expect in the future for my conditions. I'm a big fan!!
Been a patient of this practice for years. All of the docs are great. My most recent visit was with Dr. Elizabeth Boggs in the Kenwood location. She was very thorough. The online appointment process was very good and efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment.
Very positive experience, DR Nieman gives all the time needed to get a decent exam and questions answered. Trevor was exceptionally helpful in selecting new glasses and a pleasure to work with.
