Stacy was super helpful. Did not think I was going to be leaving the doctor visit with a prescription. I was so nervous. Showed me options that fit my style and glasses that would look good on me. I love the genuine approach. I know it’s hard to stay grounded when you deal with so many people daily. But Stacy treated my situation as its own single situation. What can seem like just a transaction, is something that is life changing for me. Thank you so much Stacy !!!!

Excellent customer service. Trevor was extremely helpful in picking out glasses that fit me and my style. He was also great at explaining how my new lenses will work.

Bought additional pair of glasses for my myopia/ distance vision and explicitly requested when order submitted but it seems support staff submitted order by mistake for hypermyopia ( near vision ) as I mentioned this was my back up so when started using that time realized it’s for near vision which I did not request and when came back to report same with same handy bag + bill receipts as a proof since I did not use earlier so could not figure out issue earlier . Support manager / staff did not come forward to support any way , have been client since 2018/2019 , with this experience will not recommend Lens crafter going forward Lenscrafter should realized it’s order submission issue by staff why customer should suffer specially buying as back up ( so will not immediately use )

Great experience from exam to glasses purchase. Service for both was fast, informative & friendly. Also, received a great AARP discount on the exam, frames & lenses. Bonus, I went in expecting to shell out around $500-600 on 1 pair of lower priced basic frames with transition lenses but they have this great new payment plan that includes an awesome warranty plan where you just pay off your order over 24 months if you get two pairs of glasses. So instead of $500-600 for 1 pair I was expecting, I walked out with Armani frames with transition lenses, polycarbonate lenses with premium anti-reflective coating & Ralph Lauren polarized RX sunglasses for car use & only paying $131 for my exam & $28 for the 1st month (for 24 months). And, I was helped by two awesome sales reps (one had great tattoos & I know one was named Jacob). They were so helpful! I'm so glad I broke my Warby Parker glasses (which were just ok) & went to Lenscrafters!
