They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, answering all of my questions and making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Malcom was so patient, kind and informative with my 13 yr old daughter. It was her first time getting contacts. He did not rush her at all and he had all kinds of tricks to help her get it. Dr. Sanders is always so kind and happy. She has myself and my daughters comfortable. I appreciate her expertise. The place is clean and comfortable. They are good about being attentive. Thank you!

Employees were friendly and kind. Dr. Boggs was thorough, patient and personable. Was extremely impressed by the young man at the front desk who was doing double duty, assisting his newer coworkers and also diffusing what could have been a tense situation. A client who spoke some English, needed clarification on a charge on her statement, he patiently let her speak and clearly and kindly explained the reason for the charge. Very professional.

My annual visit was good as usual. Staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they have the latest technology and you can work with your doctor to find which contacts fit you better, even after your first exam. Def recommend.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted right away. I checked in with Malcom. . The front desk was very nice and informative. I was a little early and was able to be seen early. Dr. Sanders was very precise and professional. My trial contacts were in stock, so I was able to trial them before purchasing. Natalie was a delight helping me pick out my frames. She had several pulled , while I was having my exam. The assistant manager Nikki also helped with the frame choice. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.
