I had a wonderful experience at Citrus Valley Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was clean, organized, and had a very comfortable atmosphere. The exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t rush the visit, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the level of care and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Citrus Valley Eye Care to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly eye care team!

They overbook their Senior Patients for appointments since I’ve been there close to 3 yrs. We have to wait over one and a half hours to two hours all the time. I noticed as I am a senior that some seniors who don’t want to wait tell the staff they have another doctor appointment. Soooo guess what we end up waiting 2 hours to see the doctor. Not right and truly not fair. What the staff/receptionist should ask before signing them in is do you have any appointments today and what time. Hello…… As a retired Management Position I would never have anyone wait for that long. Plus there was no parking even on the side streets and areas. You had to walk with your canes or rolling chairs. Have a Blessed Evening.
The staff at the desk wss friendly and welcoming. Diane explained everything and she took time to answer my questions about the process. I felt very comfortable about the preparation for the surgery.
Let’s just say my primary care physician picked your facility and I trust and believe in everyone that he refers me to. And so far I certainly agree all of my questions my concerns have been answered, but I managed to stumble out of my lips and mouth. I guess when it comes to my eyes and the fact that currently I have a bad heart working 1/5 of normal at my age. i’m a little bit concerned how about Eyesite. I very much appreciate it. The doctor and the staff on my latest visit on 15 April 2026. Reassured me that they’ve performed the cataract removal on similar patients with heart problems. That was a big relief I trust in their professionalism and I’m happy to be their patient. And looking forward two clear vision in the next few months has both eyes need the removal
Been Seeing doctor Surti for years. She’s always caring, friendly and Professional. Rarely do I have to wait long for my appointment. Front staff are great as well as all other staff. Would not consider going anywhere else.
