Love this place - friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Edwin Wu is fantastic, he takes his time to care for his patients. He explains things thoroughly in very simple terms and he’s kind of funny 😆 plus the gals make sure to always carry Some great funky frames!

Dr. Edwin Wu is awesome, we are his patients since some years ago and he is very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and reliable! 5 stars for Dr. Wu! The complaint we have about this place is the aggressive attitude of the front desk receptionist “Jessy”, she lacks customer service skills and manners, she is definitely not a fit for this place!
I've been going to Covina optometry with Dr. Wu since I was a teenager. I've always enjoyed the care and personalization that I receive. For many, many years Covina optometry has been servicing the city of Covina and surrounding areas. I first started there with senior Dr. Wu and everything was great but now I get the have Junior Dr. Wu who I think is just as talented down to earth and fun to be around it. I only wish I had more time and got to visit more often. The girls working the reception area are amazing. They're always on top of things and they always make sure you don't leave until you've taken care of everything and I think a Starbucks gift card is in order for them. I will give you a slightly biased but I have to admit of all the places I had to go to doctors, dentist and everything. Seeing Dr Wu is actually quite delightful and painless. Can't wait to get my new prescription glasses! Thanks for all you do!. Oh, in addition to them being conveniently located on Grand avenue, but they have unique security features at the office. It's kind of neat.
I had a fantastic experience with this eye doctor. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explore all aspects of my vision to ensure my new prescription was perfectly tailored to my needs. I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were in explaining everything and answering my questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend!
